Why MPCG
OUR PERFORMANCE FRAMEWORK
We define performance with an optimization curve model shaped like an inverted U. The "green zone" is the optimal performance target where the client can focus and learn in the moment, eliminate distractions, and make decisions calmly and purposefully. Surrounding the green zone toward the tails of each curve are the "yellow" and "red" zones, where optimal performance becomes increasingly compromised due to over- or under-emphasized reactions to ambiguity, stress, and performance expectations. Leaders in these zones find it extremely challenging to communicate, read & react, make decisions, have fun, and lead authentically.
